Filling and Capping Monoblock are of modular design and can be built from individual assemblies according to the requirements of each project, considering even future needs like production increase, additional formats, product recipes, complete electronic Integration with plan management and plan P&ID Systems.
Capping Machines can be built as a part of a Monoblock or as a independent stand-alone machines. In both cases Cappers and their Automatic Cap Feeding System are designed to run multiple different closures like Spray Pumps, Dosing Pumps, Caps with Dip Tube, Regular Screw-on and Snap-on Caps, etc.
Filling and Capping Monoblocks are available in different bases and sizes covering from medium to high output ranges. The Machine compact and transparent design of reduced footprint is easily accessible from all sides, providing a significant increase of efficiency.
